1. Reservations are made on a first come first served basis.
2. No reservation will be confirmed and the stand booked in your name unless full payment of the outstanding balance on account has been received.
3. In the event that payment terms are not kept, and in the absence of alternative arrangements being made for payment, a notice to pay will be sent by email. Failure to adhere to the terms and the notice within five working days of the date of the notice may result in the cancellation of the reservation regardless of any deposits made.
4. All stands cancelled after 1 January 2018 are not refundable.
5. Stands booked after 1 January 2018 will only be allocated to applicant upon receipt of full payment of invoice. This payment is non-refundable.
6. By submitting an online application the applicant commits to adhere to the rules of the exhibition which are contained in the HuntEx2018 Exhibitor Manual.
